We are proud to announce that the Home we designed for the HGTV Dream Home 2013 has just achieved LEED Platinum certification.  This is the highest level of GREEN and SUSTAINABLE design given by the US Green Building Council.   This is the third home in Indigo Park at Kiawah Island, SC to achieve Platinum status. These are also the first three LEED Platinum homes on Kiawah Island.   We also have just been informed that our first weekend of tours had 1,923 visitors which is almost four times the average for all the weekends combined in past years.  100% of the proceeds goes to Communities in Schools Charleston a great organization.
